Joshua’s career began in high-end construction and property development on some of the most prestigious projects in and around the Cotswolds. He later relocated to Dubai, operating with haus & haus and Savills Middle East, advising across both off-plan and secondary markets before identifying a clear gap between sales-driven, volume-led brokerage and true developer-focused advisory.

Rebecca
Rebecca’s professional background spans property development and portfolio management, later progressing into residential sales consultancy with Connells Group, the United Kingdom’s largest real estate company, operating within structured, large-scale brokerage environments. In Dubai, Rebecca leads Loxley’s Prime Property Division, overseeing high-value residential advisory across the secondary market.
